SUNNYVALE, Calif.—(BUSINESS WIRE)—Nov. 15, 2004—
VaST Systems Technology today announced that Linda
Prowse Fosler, a longtime EDA industry marketer, has joined the

"VaST is well on its way to becoming the leading supplier of
virtual system prototyping tools and simulation models," said Dr.
Graham Hellestrand, founder and CEO of VaST, "and we're ready for a
marketing executive of Linda's caliber to establish us as the
preferred solution for all systems-level embedded applications. She
has the experience and determination to develop a worldwide market for

verification, which grew in market share from zero to 35% in four
years. She was also a key contributor to IKOS when they doubled
revenue in three years, from $35 million to $70 million.
Before IKOS, Ms. Prowse Fosler served as the first vice president
of software quality for Cadence Design Systems (NYSE:CDN), and held
various positions in software engineering at Tandem Corporation and
Hewlett Packard.
